Scottish Rite, Northern Masonic Jurisdiction continues to expand our outreach and campaign offerings to make BeAFreemason.org even more accessible for great men looking to join Freemasonry.
Nearly one year ago, Scottish Rite, Northern Masonic Jurisdiction, in partnership with Shriners International and the Scottish Rite, Southern Jurisdiction, launched a flagship site for Freemasonry, known as BeAFreemason.org to direct interested men where to go learn more about Freemasonry and reclaim the narrative of who Masons are and what we do. With that goal in mind, we expanded our outreach this year to make BeAFreemason.org even more accessible.
Watch the video below for the complete announcement of updates to the BaAFreemason.org site made at the virtual Conference of Grand Masters in North America.
BeAFreemason.org New Translations
We are pleased to announce that BeAFreemason.org is now available in both French and Spanish languages. Visitors to the site need only click on the globe icon in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage to select their language preference, as shown in the screenshot below:
We could not have launched BeAFreemason.org without the help of our partners from Shriners International, and Scottish Rite, Southern Jurisdiction. Thanks to their unwavering support, we continue to serve the needs of great men looking to join on an even larger scale.
“This partnership demonstrates Masonic unity at its finest. BeAFreemason.org is probably the most important tool to attract and inform candidates for Masonic membership that has been developed in generations,” said Imperial Sir Jim Smith, Imperial Potentate of Shriners International.
James D. Cole, Sovereign Grand Commander of Scottish Rite, Southern Jurisdiction added, “Technology. This is how people have connected during this era that we’ve been through for the last year.”
Just how much have interested men relied on technology like our BeAFreemason site? Plenty! From the site’s initial launch on March 1, 2020 to February 8 of this year, Grand Lodges have fielded approximately 7,700 leads from the site. What we are doing is working, and it shows.
“Not Just a Man. A Mason.” Campaign
We also refreshed our “Not Just a Man. A Mason” campaign with four new pieces of creative. The new visuals are available to all Grand Lodges and local lodges for advertising, social media sharing, website imagery, and more.
The new additions to the campaign are pictured below. To access all downloadable “Not Just a Man. A Mason.” campaign assets, visit https://scottishritenmj.org/njam.
