We are excited to see you in Louisville, Kentucky for our 2023 Annual Meeting in August! The hours and locations for our offices and functions/events are listed below. These are subject to change so please check back for updates.

  • Registration will be available in My Journey (formerly Member Center) in early April 2023. Please log on with your credentials, and click on “Register for Annual Session.”

    You will need to enter your name and your guest name (if applicable) how you want them to appear on the badges. Please verify your information.

    Once the registration fee of $300 is paid, you will receive an email confirmation with your state hotel assignment. Please click on the link and make your reservation. If you need any special hotel requests, changes, or to cancel please call the hotel directly.

    • Marriott = Maine, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Illinois
    • Omni = Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, New York, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, and Wisconsin

    EVERYTHING TOUR INCLUDES:

    • 30-minute stop at Churchill Downs, home of the Kentucky Derby
    • Local food tastes and beer, wine, and bourbon samples on the bus -- and don't forget the Mint Julep!
    • A drive through the Historic District known as Old Louisville
    • A walk down the picturesque St. James Ct (weather permitting)
    • Crossing the Mighty Ohio River into neighboring Indiana
    • A candy-making demonstration from a 5th generation owner of Schimpff's Confectionary, complete with the nostalgia of an old soda fountain
    • A stop at 21C Museum Hotel, Slugger Museum or the Frazier Museum
    • A group photo on the riverfront
