Registration is available in My Journey (formerly Member Center). Please log on with your credentials, and click on “Register for Annual Session.”

You will need to enter your name and your guest name (if applicable) how you want them to appear on the badges. Please verify your information. 

Once the registration fee is paid ($350 for members, $150 for guests), you will receive an email confirmation with your state hotel assignment. Please click on the link and make your reservation. If you need any special hotel requests, changes, or to cancel please call the hotel directly.

• Overflow Hotel = Indianapolis Marriott Downtown

The Old National Centre is a Live Nation Venue and has strict rules against weapons of any kind. All guests will be required to go through metal detectors and guests with weapons or prohibited items will be turned away at the door. Supreme Council is not responsible for any confiscated items.

Please carefully read the Live Nation weapon policy:

• No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm. This included knives of all sizes, no matter how small.
• Off Duty Officers are prohibited from bringing firearms into the building. 
• Firearms CANNOT be checked at coat check.
• No drugs or drug paraphernalia, illegal substances of any kind.
• No personal drones, masks, or laser pointers.
• No latex balloons
• No outside food and beverages
• This list of prohibited items is subject to change at the discretion of venue 
  management
• All bags will be searched upon entry
• All patrons must go through a security screening which includes a metal detector
