2025 Masonic Marketplace
You are invited to the 213th annual meeting of the Supreme Council, 33° to participate in the Masonic Marketplace. This year’s annual meeting will be held at the JW Marriott Indianapolis (10 S West Street, Indianapolis, IN. 46204) during the week of August 23-26, 2025. The marketplace will be located in Griffin Hall, 2nd Floor at the JW Marriott.
The 2025 Indianapolis Masonic Marketplace will continue to be a place for attendees to gather creating a festive atmosphere of shopping, excitement, fun, refreshment, and relaxation.
Consider joining us for our Monday Night Entertainment where you will be able to experience the unique sights, sounds, and flavors that make Indiana famous, all showcased within the vibrant atmosphere of the Indiana Convention Center!

Marketplace Vendor Registration
Fill out the Marketplace Application below to register to be a Masonic Marketplace vendor.
Reference the booth floorplan and should you prefer a specific booth number, please specify in the notes for your registration. Booth selection available on a first come, first serve basis.

Due to overall excitement for the event, hotels are filling up. Please contact Sara Waitt, Event Operations Manager.
Hotel rooms are $194 per night plus state and local taxes.

Upon completed booth registration, we will provide you with a link to the Marriott's event order process. The Marriott is able to provide your booth with Wi-Fi and electricity through this process. Once your booth registration is complete, we will assign you an booth number and you will need this number when completing your order with the Marriott.
Please note that additional fees will apply for any booth adding Wi-Fi or electricity.

Security will be provided when the exhibit hall is closed. However, it is recommended that valuable equipment and personal items should be locked up or taken with you each day. Scottish Rite, NMJ and exhibit management will not be responsible for loss or damage.

Prize drawing and contests are permitted. Contests may not obstruct or disturb surrounding booths and must follow local laws.

All marketplace registrations must be placed and paid for by July 15, 2025.

Should the exhibitor be unable to occupy and use the contracted exhibit space, the exhibitor shall promptly notify Mac Rankin in writing. All sums paid by the exhibitor, less a service charge of 50 percent, will be refunded prior to August 1, 2025.

No, just as in all past years, please refrain from selling any 33° rings or lapel pins as these items are granted exclusively by Supreme Council.
