For most of the year, your Scottish Rite journey moves with the calendar. Reunions in the fall, Thursday Night at the Rite through winter and spring, Valley events anchoring the months in between. Then summer arrives, and the rhythm slows down.
This year, it doesn’t have to.
Starting July 1, the Scottish Rite, NMJ is offering two programs on demand. Whether you’re a Scottish Rite Mason who wants to go deeper into the degrees or a Scottish Rite candidate who has been waiting for the right moment to take the next step, summer 2026 has something for you — on your schedule, wherever your summer takes you.
America250: Summer Series
This July and August, Thursday Night at the Rite’s America250: Summer Series will be available on demand in the Member Center — a curated collection of seven degrees chosen for their connection to the American story as the nation celebrates its 250th anniversary. Every degree in the series is available at your own pace, on your own schedule. Each one you witness counts toward Passport credit. The series includes:
- 20° Movie: Master Ad Vitam
- 25° Stage: Master of Achievement
- 31° Movie: My Brother’s Keeper
- 24° Stage: Brother of Tolerance
- 19° Movie: Brothers of the Trail
- 26° Movie: Friend and Brother Eternal
- 23° Movie: Knight of Valor
In addition, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at the production of the 20° and the Brothers who brought it to the screen.
The America250: Summer Series will be available exclusively to Scottish Rite, NMJ members beginning July 1.

If your application to the Scottish Rite has been accepted and you haven’t yet witnessed the 4°, this summer is your next opportunity.
Starting July 1, Join the Rite Night On Demand gives accepted Master Masons the chance to witness the 4°, Builder, the requisite for officially joining the Scottish Rite, NMJ. The initiation is delivered by your Brothers of the NMJ, as it would be in person.

Once you’ve witnessed the 4°, you’re officially a Scottish Rite Mason, unlocking access to the Member Center, the America250: Summer Series, and everything else our Brotherhood has to offer.
