Join the Rite Night On Demand is a special offering that allows accepted Master Masons to witness the 4°, Builder — the requisite for becoming a Scottish Rite Mason — on their own schedule. The initiation is performed by real Brothers of the NMJ, exactly as it would be in person. This summer, that step is yours to take whenever you're ready.

Who is eligible to witness the 4° through Join the Rite Night On Demand?

Any Master Mason whose application to the Scottish Rite has been accepted. If you've submitted your application and received confirmation, you're eligible to register. Members are also welcome to revisit the 4° through Join the Rite Night.

Is witnessing the 4° on demand the same as witnessing it in person?

Yes. Real Brothers of the NMJ conduct the performance, and it carries the full significance of the degree. Attending Join the Rite Night this summer is a head start that fits your unique schedule.

What happens after I witness the 4°?

Once you've witnessed the 4°, you will be asked to confirm your viewership. Once you submit, the Scottish Rite team will review and process your viewership within 60 minutes. You are then officially a Scottish Rite Mason and will gain access to TNR’s America250: Summer Series, Thursday Night at the Rite, Masters of the Rite, and a Brotherhood that spans 15 states.

I'd rather witness the 4° in person. Is that possible?

Absolutely. Valley Reunions and degree dates are frequent in the fall and spring. Find a Reunion at a Valley near you.

Thursday Night at the Rite's America250: Summer Series is only available to Scottish Rite members in good standing. If you have yet to apply, submit your application. If you have yet to witness the 4°, you can do so through Join the Rite Night On Demand this summer. You'll then have access to the America250: Summer Series.

Once you've witnessed the 4°, you're officially a Scottish Rite Mason, gaining access to a jurisdiction full of new Brothers and programs built for your continued growth, including Thursday Night at the Rite’s America250: Summer Series in the Member Center.

Thursday Night at the Rite's America250: Summer Series

Just because Valleys slow down in the summer doesn't mean your Masonic journey has to. This summer, Thursday Night at the Rite's America250: Summer Series is available on demand in the Member Center — a curated collection of degrees chosen for their connection to the American story as the nation marks its 250th anniversary.

Every degree in the series is available to 32° members at their own pace, on their own schedule. Better yet, each degree witnessed counts toward passport credit. The degrees include:

20° Movie: Master Ad Vitam
25° Stage Production: Master of Achievement
31° Movie: My Brother’s Keeper
24° Stage Production: Brother of Tolerance
19° Movie: Brothers of the Trail
26° Movie: Friend and Brother Eternal
23° Movie: Knight of Valor

In addition, you'll have access to a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the 20° and the Brothers behind its production.
